Have a SIP trunk between CS1000 and IP Ofice, caller on IP Office can call anyone on the CS1000 and able to grab a trunk to go out. However, callers from CS1000 can not dial any extesnoin on the IP Office. It tells them to relase and try again. Here is a system log from that call to IP Office.

Not sure what needs to be done on either side?

Add a SIP URI with "Use Internal Data" in all 3 pulldown menus.
change the incomming/outgoing group id to 99 or a free number.
Add a incomming call route, change the Line Group ID to 99 (or the number you've entered above) and in the destination tab put in a #

You can do this with one uri Bas.
The too field _> use internal data and the other two a *
No need for a second uri this way.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I know, but don't know how he programmed it from IPOffice to the CS1000

I tried all that, still no go. It looks as if the CS1000 does not see the trunk. Do I need to put a SIP Registar info? I thought it is only needed for SIP Endpoints.

What's the response to the INVITE message coming from the CS1000?

Can you post INVITE + response?

Here is how my system is configured. The NRS has a static SIP endpoint entry with the IP of the IPO entered, only TCP transport checked. IPO URI is *, *, use internal data. The rest is normal CS1000 RLB, RLI and IP trunk programming. Make sure the SIGO in the CS1K RDB is set to STD and not ESN5. It could be as simple as having to enable UDP transport against the IPO endpoint in NRS assuming you are using UDP transport on the IPO. On my system the NRS has only TCP transport enabled and I have TCP enabled as the L4 transport on the IPO SIP line programming.

Thanks biv343, I will use your recommended settings and see what happens.

I have solved same issue today. Its working between CS1000M Rls5.5 and Ip Office 500v2 Rls8.0.

Hi

Does anyone have an answer to this. I am having the same issue on CS1K Rls7.5 to an IP Office Rls 7

Cheers
