Had an odd thing happen this morning with our IP Office 8.0. At first I could not connect to it, kept saying Network Error connecting to the IP Office. I did a reboot and switched out the LAN cable and now I can't even discover the unit. But I can still ping it. I manually put in the IP address under Unit/Broadcast Address and I can see it but it is now saying Version 3.2(0) and still doesn't allow me to connect to it.
I have seen this one time on a customer's system and the only thing I could do to fix it was to reset the system completely. Is there another way around fixing this without resetting the entire system?
