IPO v7.0.27 w/ VMPro

When a user presses the msg key on their set (95xx or 54xx set) it is asking for ext & password instead of just logging directly in to VM.

Is there a way to make it log in to VM without asking for ext/pwd?

Each user has their own unique Source Number of Vxxxx (where xxxx = ext)

are you in intuity mode or IPO mode and is this VM pro or embedded

Do you use VMPro? Open the client and press F9 the switch it from intuity to ip office mode.
