Hi experts!
I need to integrate an IPO500v2 with ACCS for 10 agents, also we need to integrate an Application Server to enable Voicemail Pro and Media Manager for recrding. I just need to know, can I use the IPO500 chasis for this deployment or I need to migrate my IPO500v2 to Server Edition?

I would be grateful for any tip.

You should deploy an application server like you wrote:
When provisioning Avaya Contact Center Select for IP500 V2 or Server Edition, Contact Recorder will require an additional two HDD be field installed on an application server or the primary server to support the Contact Recorder call recording feature in IP Office (when VMpro+Contact Recorder are used for call recording).

Here's what could be your deal breaker though:
Avaya Contact Center Select 7.1 is fully supported on the IP Office 10 or 11 500V2 chassis for up to 30 agents

Thank you Holdmusic34! That information is great! Please, can you share me the reference file to check it?

I have another question, can you help me? In these docs I can read that If I want to use outbound campaigns to 10 Agents I need to enable the multmiedia feature, that mean that I need to add Multichannel Licenses in the ACCS? Even if I don't need chat, email for those agents?

Thanks!

Yes. If either of these docs say so then it is correct.
