Hey,

customers IPO is crashing/cold rebooting randomly.

Is somebody knowing what could be wrong? Hardware? Software? Config?

nobody knows what these TLB errors are or what causes them. Even Avaya has given up on trying to have their developers to look at them

Usually I go through the config and make sure that there are no errors, no duplicates and all passwords are set correctly as well as deleting all that is not needed on Users and extensions.

My short answer is to please upgrade to 11.1.2.4.0_Build_18.

My long answer is a bit of a guess. The Translation Lookaside Buffer is a cache that's used to speed up transactions in RAM. Back when I used to program System-On-A-Chip stuff, we called it a CAM. There's a bit about it on Wikipedia for you eggheads out there. Anyway, So a "Data Load Error" is a bad fetch and basically a memory management issue. There's a tiny chance that your particular config has somehow created a bad memory walk, but that's a super stretch. It's broken coding.

That said, a bus error could generate a TLB Fetch error and thus a crash, too. In that case, hardware--a single chip probably--is to blame. The bottom line is that I would load the latest build within the release before swapping boxes.
