ip office 500v2 call forwarding 1

Trying to setup a simple call forwarding on a user with no handset assigned. This way we can forward calls there when no one is in the office or have them route automatically.

Ext 231 is no voicemail, forward unconditional, forward hunt group, intl calls, bna, etc.
If I dial 231 internally, it rings the cell phone.
If I setup a incoming call route for a specific DID, and send that to the ext 231 as "default value", it never rings the cell phone.

I've done forwards on ip office before, just not sure what im missing on this one.

Getting some items like this in monitor that just repeat over and over when I dial that phone number that should just be doing a forward to off-site phone#
"line id 5" is a pri card that is set to "out of service". We have lines 9-11 on analog that are used for in/outbound.

Ensure that "Allow Analog Trunk to Trunk Connect" is checked on the Analogue Options tab of each line.
"Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer" is UNchecked on the System > Telephony > Telephony tab, and also on the User's Telephony > Supervisor Settings tab.
Give the User a Login Code so that it is a hot desk, occasionally User's without associated extensions are unable to forward out
 
You nailed it. I didn't have "Allow Analog Trunk to Trunk Connect" on each pots line. Appreciate the assistance. I'll also set a login code, thanks.
