IP Office 500V2 - Auto attendant transfer to hunt group voicemail 1

Hi there, trying to setup a night auto attendant to let callers leave a message on one of two hunt group mailboxes. Using embedded voicemail, IP Office on 9.1.0.0.

I've created the following short code:

SC = #18N
Feature = Voicemail Collect
TN = "#N”
Line ID = 0

and I then setup the AA action to transfer to #18700. I do get transferred, hear the vm greeting and record a message but it is not going into the 700 hunt group vm box.
I do see a vm recording file using the file manager under dynamic\lcmail, it's tagged as "N 834 05/07/2019" which is weird but might give a clue. 834 is the extension I'm testing from.

I’m sure I’m doing something wrong. Short code?
