I have 1 dect in building#1(master) and 2 dects inbuilding #2(master air sync and slave). In building #2 the phones are subscribed but can not receive calls. The phones can dial out external or internal but any incoming calls does not ring the hand set. Any help will be great.

When they cannot see each other then the other base station must be a slave but sync master.(two different settings.

Yea.... building#2 has one dect set as slave but a master radio synch and the other is set to slave and a slave to the master radio synch in that building.
