We have IPOffice 500 V2

I want to ( among other things ) be able to monitor the available channels on our ISDN Pri . But I am struggling to find any documentation on how to do this.

Ideally we will use our SNMP monitoring system.

Is it possible to get the statistics out of the IPO?

Cheers

Rob

No, SNMP is only for failure alarms, it can generate a alarm if all lines are busy. On devconnect.avaya.com you can find more info about SNMP, syslog, SSA, alarms etc.

Is there any other way to monitor the used/free channels then?

Cheers

Rob

System Status Application, only real time max three conncetions

You can also pull some information via SNMP but not very useful information... Just enable a read community in Manager and do a SNMPWalk. Don't try SNMP version 2c because IP500 only support version 1.
