I have a customer who is possibly going to move from having 30 ip office stand alone systems to going to Branch mode with session manager.
Is the only difference between the 2 "modes" that I fill out the SM section under telephony? Its just that I notice that when you build a NEW Ip office system 500 v2 it asks you what "mode" to build. The options are Branch/Standard/ Expansion. I will not be running the "ignition process" for these 30 locations as their systems are already built. Is it just a matter of filling out the SM section and also building an SM line to the session manager?
