IP Office 500 V2 8.1: Best way to Identify Intermittent Call Problems - SD card

Greetings,
We have a Customer in a hospital environment whose calls intermittently echo throughout the day. They have a PRI and the hospitals PBX extensions as outside lines and she says they are occuring on either, in and out (I'm new to IP office and active SSA is not available at home so my descriptions are wanting).
While in System Status, I noticed an option of logging files over an xx period of time. Couldn't find much more info offline about System Status call logging options but I was wondering if something like this is possible:
Trace her extensions calls for a week plus and log these files to the optional SD card where I can retrieved them later, or else leave a laptop on site to collect her calls . She can write down call details so I can ID the patterns. They do not currently have Manager loaded on any PCs but I was warned that accumulated log files may crash their server.
If this seems plausible or if there is a better method, I'd appreciate reading about them.

And if you could tell me where there is more offline info on System Status etc. besides the help index where I could answer this question myself, I'd REEEALLY appreciate that.

Multiple users experiencing problem, PRI and "Outside lines" PBX extensions from hospital. Outside lines didnt have this problem before with Partner ACS. Just wondering what other methods are used to track down intermittent call problems without staying crouched in a closet amongst piles of used sharps.
 
I just want to focus on Office Managers phone instead of involving a bunch of overworked nurses.
 
Give more info like type of phones, software version IPO, what kind of trunk(s)
