IP Office 500 v1 to v2 2

Hi,

I have Ip Office 500 V1 with alot of license but Power supply is dead right now.Also I i have IP500 V2 too without any license.How can i transfer all license to this one.
Also Anybody has Power Supply schematics for repair?I install V2 psu to V1 it is turn on but i cant reach it because we press 30-40 sec reset button.

You can ask a distributor to swap the licenses. They know the process, it takes a few hours.

I fix the V1 but problem I couldn't find p13.bin and i rename ip500 (v6) to p13.bin and system boot.
But system is giving version error.How can i find out my original version from Smart Card

My V2 is 8.1 but V1 4 or 5 i am not sure

Look at your old configuration file from when you had a working system.
then do yourself a big favour & call someone competent.


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I need power supply but nobody is selling power supply for Ip office 500 v2 or v1.Right now 2 unit needs power supply.I cant find service manual or psu
Please help me

They are not user serviceable parts and are custom made power supplies for Avaya, that's why there is no service manual or parts to be found

So,
When ipoffice are broke down who fixes them.
i called a lot of places they dont fix.I need 2 power supplies

1 Swap the unit.
2 stop renaming files as it is not needed.
3 repair the power supply.
4 call a certified maintainer.
