is 500v2 the best to replace my 403 ( 403 is working fine ) it is for a very small office link to another very small office with ipo 403 with atm16 at both ends it only hase 9 extetions total
why do you want to replace it if it works fine?
The only replacement you can get new is a IP500V2 so you would need to replace both ends.
You also need to add licensing to it because the IP500 (andV2) need licenses for SCN setup which the Ip403 does not.
Make sure you have all these things figured out before you replace it and have to spend and extra chunk of money on additional licenses.
The 403 can go up to 3.2 and if you don't need SIP trunks or SIP extensions and they work fine then I personally would stay where I am for now but save up for the replacement in a while when I want to add new features

well how old is the 403, when did they stop selling ? it is at 3.2
it was there when i came in and i am trying to check opptions
i just do not want to run into a promble if need parts .
do you think there is enough part out there for another 5yr

Not for 5 years.
You need to buy second hand to get replacement stuff.
If you have the budget then buy a new ip500v2.
If will give you more options.
If you want a SCN between those sites then you better use a 403 (cheaper)
