I have remote extension setup to use the Multitech units I already have . If the call is created dialing the extension directly the cal goes through and disconnects when hung up. If the call goes throught the auto attendent is is not dropped and must be disconnected using the system statis monitor. has anyone had this trouble?

Do the multitech units give busy tone after disconnect?
If not or IP Office does not recognise the disconnect tone then your problem will arise.
