IP Office 500 Basic- Key System Line Appearance 2

Greetings,

I have small problem with my brother Avaya System

It's IP Office 500 Basic License set to key system, thus the line appearance, with 4 Analog Trunk. It's a small basic call center.

The problem is if one have an ongoing call, the others can join in the call by pressing the key/line
Before it's only blink red and then block the other called to join in the call, but now every station can join in the call.

The problem started when we replaced the combo card that went bad.
The combo card is version one so I don't think it should matters.

It's a basic system so I don't even know where to look.

Really? On a Basis edition? Good luck with it, go to the "IP Office Partner Edition" forum, there you find the experienced engineers using the basic mode systems.

Basic IPO programs similar to the Partner. In the advanced settings for the users make sure privacy it turned on for all users.

As Commshark stated, advanced settings of users to turn privacy on. I believe it is not active by default so maybe when you installed the new combo card it lost programming. With basic edition you can also program privacy through the phone as well depending upon the phone style you have.

With Basic license there's really not much you can do to begin with.
