Ip Office 4T 8A Upgradin to 4.0

I have a Small Office Unit 4t 8a and have tried to upgrad to 4.0. I had to DTE the after the upgrade and then tried the DTE sofeware TFTP upload and it stopped at 80%. I have unloaded 40 and installed 3.2 and got the load to take. Should I be able to upgrade the unit?

As far as I knew, the 8a SOHO was not supported in 4.0

4T+8A (3 VoIP)*
4T+4A+8DS (3 VoIP)
4T+4A+8DS (16 VoIP)
*These models are still supported but are no longer available from Avaya. Previous models that included
integral DT ports are not supported on IP Office 3.0 or higher.

It should work

I did it with a 4T+4A+4DT and it when straight away
You need to load the 3.2.99 first before going to 4.0

If you have DT ports then they won't work anymore
But if you don't use the DT ports then there is no problem at all
If they are DS then it is alright
Not supported does not mean that it does not work

Analog Phone User Guide doe snot show how to conference in another caller. Can this is done using an analog phone?

To make a conference with an analog phone you first connect to the first caller, the press the R button and call the second person. It make a conference with these you press R again and hit *46.
This step can be repeated to add more participants.

I've got a Small office IPO (with 16 voip), it arrived yesterday with version 2.0(16) firmware.

I'm having problems upgrading to 3.2.999, the upgrade wizard just shows a blank available column, no matter what folder is selected.

Any ideas?
