IP Office 406v2 Programming FPGA ... FPGA prog FAILED

Hello,

i have an IP Office 406v2 that was working fine but since yesterday it blocks with red LED ALARM

So i tried to reboot then i removed all the cables but always the same problem

Widh the DTE Cable i get this message : Programming FPGA ... FPGA prog FAILED - DONE is not active!

And i can't write any think.

Any one got this problem before ? any suggestions ?

Yes that's all what i get for almost 20 secondes then every think blocked in Programming FPGA ... and i can't write any think.

Is that mean the IP Office is totally broken and no possibility of any type of fix ?
