IP Office 406 SMDR data

We use Oak telecom software to collect our SMDR data I have configured deltaserver and its collection but I keep getting the following message in error viewer.

A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a datagram socket using a sendto call) no address was supplied.

I haven't changed anything on the deltaserver or the server the oak software sits on so can't understand whats gone worng?

Any help would be great.

Can Oak telecom collect directly on an IP port?

We are on firmware 4.2(23)

As far as I know it can't no we have always had to collect this way.

try browsing to the folder the Delta Server is depositing the SMDR file best from the server the Oak is located, if you can then good on that side and not a firewall problem or sharing problem for the folder.
See if the Delta Server actually collects data and puts it into the text file by opening the text file, if you have new data then good again.
Repair install for Delta Server helps if you have problems with any of the above, you can also use the latest Delta Server without having to upgrade the firmware on the IPO

OAK can directly connect to the IPO.

it telnets in on the SMDR port with a generic IP connection and the IPO templates sort the rest.

best speak to OAK and get them to re-config the software. also recommend rel 5 for better quality SMDR output.
