Hello,

I need to program 1 btn on a 6416 phone to be a blf / dss key . What I programed is, The btn is set as a user and the data is set for the extension I want to see . The btn I have programed for that user will ring the phone its programed for but if that user is on the phone the btn does not light up on my phone .

The action field should contain the user name in quotes of the user you want displayed teh status of. So if you wanted a button for Joe Smith, the action data field should be "JoeSmith" or "Joe Smith" or how ever the name is programmed for that person.
