IP Office 4.xx

Hi guys,

I am relatively new to the IP office world and I was out on a call to a Police Station the other day where if you called in on the PRI to the Auto Attendant, the Attendant recordings would be garbled and the callers would not be able to understand the message. I rebooted the voice mail and it did not fix the problem but when I rebooted the IP Office, the problem went away. I figured that would rule out it being a PRI problem and have more to do with the system.
Has anyone ran into this problem before?

Yes i have seen this on 2 different versions.
I have seen it on 5.0 and on 6.0

Which version are you on?

I should have checked before I left but I know it is a 4.xx. It is a tan box not the black like I am used to seeing.
 
Like I said, I am new to the IP Office but thank you very much for the colors CarGoSki....it really heps me out!
