Hi guys,
I am relatively new to the IP office world and I was out on a call to a Police Station the other day where if you called in on the PRI to the Auto Attendant, the Attendant recordings would be garbled and the callers would not be able to understand the message. I rebooted the voice mail and it did not fix the problem but when I rebooted the IP Office, the problem went away. I figured that would rule out it being a PRI problem and have more to do with the system.
Has anyone ran into this problem before?
