We have a customer that has embedded voicemail and when you call the site and hit the AA the message is very garbled, robotic and or playing fast and skipping around, or any combination of that. You really can't understand it at all. A soft reboot will clear it. The site has been upgraded to 11 0 4 6. The SD card has been replaced, the control unit has been replaced. Has anyone experienced this? We are going to Avaya with this, but there is nothing in the logs that show any issue. Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions.
