IP Office 11.0.0.1.0 Randon incoming calls to primary server and ipv500 extension server

primary server IPO-LInx Ip 172.29.104.101
expansion server ip 500v2 IP 172.29.104.102

Customer reports some incoming call from Sip Trunk fails randomly
I checked the firewall , it has NAT 1:1 to avaya primary server only (172.29.104.101)

When the incoming sip call arrives to the secondary server, calls fails sip 404 Not found (unallocated number)
incoming calls to primary server works fine

I have some misconfig? why some calls go to expansion server?

If your sip trunks only come in to the Primary then all ICR routes should be done on the Primary

Maybe you have some programmed on the secondary.
Do you actually have a secondary server
You said you have an expansion 500v2

So please provide more details on we’re the sip lines terminated
Primary or expansion
Do you have enough licence for sip trunks
Have you allocated enough channels for the calls on the URI tab
Should match the number of licences.
