IP office 10.0 With Valcom Page Pro. Stopped working

The page pro has two SIP extensions, one for page and one for a loud ringer. I installed and all was well for about 2 months. Out of the blue it stops working. Valcom logged into the page pro and says they are sending a registration request, however Monitor does not show any traffic from that address or extensions. I have deleted the extensions and users and remade them, had Valcom check their side and they feel they are sending the request. Any ideas would be appreciated.
