Hi dears

I have 24 pcs of 1608 IP phones & a VCM 32 card
I did make an upgrade for my IP500 V1 from R 5.12 to R 8.1
unfortunately after upgrading 12 IP endpoints are not working
as you know IP endpoint licenses for R 5 come built in
Do I have to buy another 12 IP endpoints ?

I appreciate your support

Regards\Iron

Yes. You really should buy from a licensed partner who has all the answers regarding licensing. It can get a little tricky.

This is something a good Avaya BP should have told you (Or if you are a Avaya BP then you should have known this)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

This kind of info is written down in the tech bulletins for every GA release.
I really suggest that you read them as this contains tons of information that you need for this.
