IP DECT stand sw upgrade

Anyone knows how to upgrade the SW on a RTX8020 DECT stand ?! I've followed the instructions from the configuration notes but I can't get it at all ?!

I've got a TFTP server on my laptop and this is pointed to C:\Updates\. I've created a folder Updates in the root and over there I've copied the .txt and two .fwu files over there.
Then the unit itself is pointed to my laptop's IP and I've scheduled the update in 3 minutes. Nothing happened ?!

Also the time on the 5610 handsets is different than the one on the 5312's ?! Both DECT stand and 3300 are setup with the same time server so I can't understand where this difference comes from ?!

Your laptop on the same VLAN as the handset? Does the handset know how to get to your laptop ie have a correct gateway address?

I was connected straight to the stand so NO VLAN's! Also the unit needs a time server so I've setup the same server as 3300 had but was a 8 min time difference.
I also tried the upgrade with the laptop on the network. If there was a VLAN issue then I should've had probs accesing the unit.
