Hi, guys. I am new in IP OFFICE. I've followed the Knowledge base step by step for a provisioned installation, but base can not connect the IP Office. I matched the "security setting password" and "base password" by "show advanced options". Apprieated.

I used monitor to trace:

Are you sure they are the same?
In the basestation to trunk and it is probably not connected.
Click on OK and see if that works.

I have had this lately.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hi, tlpeter. Thanks.
In the basestation, right now I connect the trunk.
It still does not work.
Still 403 forbidden.

Then the password is wrong.
Did you follow the manual completely?

Try defaulting the basestation with the reset button on the back and start all over again.
