Going to try and put all the info I have and what I've done so far here, hoping someone has seen this and has a resolve!
On my second D100 phone trying to connect to IPO R.81.(73). Have the license, set up SIP Dect line, extension and user correctly (as far as I know). I can log into the base station, I see the base station on SS but no IP address is showing up on SS. I see the MAC, but no IP. The IP is set in Manager and I log in using that IP. On the handset's screen after connecting to the base it says "no service/config".
Jenne tech support says that message is from an IP address issue. I'm just not sure how to solve it since the base is .193 and in Manager it is set as .193, why its not registering?
Below are reports from the base and screen shot of SS: Thanks for your help!

If you have a d100.cfg and/or a D100settings.txt file on the SD card then delete them and reboot the D100.
The D100 MUST get the files autogenerated by IP Office and not from a SD card or a fileserver.

Does it have to be a V2 with SD card? The one I'm working on is a V1.

You need:
IP500/IP500v2
R8.1FP1
AVAYA IP endpoint lic per phone
VCM channels
IPO as the fileserver
No config or settings file on the SD card

If you have a d100.cfg and/or a D100settings.txt file on the SD card then delete them and reboot the D100.
The D100 MUST get the files autogenerated by IP Office and not from a SD card or a fileserver.

^^^^^^^
That's your answer, No where in the docs does it say this, but it won't work unless it's auto-generated by IP Office.

The system is a 500/V1, so no SD card.

will the D100 not work on a V1?

Do the folowwing:
Set the IP Office as the file server
Reboot IP Office
Then open Internet Explorer ad type the ip address of the IP Office here>/D100.cfg
Copy all the text you see and save it as a text file with the name D100.cfg
Then do the same with the file D100settings.txt
the ip address of the IP Office here>/D100settings.txt
Copy all the text you see and save it as a text file with the name D100settings.txt

copy both files to the folder of the fileserver you normally use with the IP Office and in Manager set the ip address of that fileserver
Reboot IP Office and when working then reboot the D100, job done.
