IP 9608 Discover Problem

I have an IP phone in a remote site that was working fine but now the user says the display says: "Discover 10.10.10.50"...
I had them reboot the phone but no dice. I did a trace monitor trying to call from my extension and here is the log below. My extnsion 5859 (Guy Jones) is trying to call the problem number 0361 (Sussie Lanny) and I just get the Avaya VM message. Any help from the message below?

Hey,

When the phone is showing "Discover 10.10.10.50" it means the phone is unable to find your phone system on that address.

I would start with a pc at the remote site and trying to ping the 10.10.10.50 address and work from there.
 
Yes, it is pingable from their site to ours internally.
 
Use system status and try pinging. The real question is can the IP office reach the phone.
 
Type mute craft and go to the up settings.
Check if they are alright.
