IP 500 V2 dial by name directory "Name not found" 1

I have gone through everything I know of and can find. The AA answers the call and the recording plays. You can press 1 or 3-9 and get the different ext assigned to them. When you press pound it tells to to enter the first name then pound. Any name that is typed in it just says "name not found". I have full name entered. I have a copy of the config if someone wants to look at it.

Yes, each mailbox user has to record their name in order to be included in the dial by name.
