I have one in my laptop bag, I use it when this happens to my customers. But socalmics you have not said where you are and this forum has people from all four corners of the world, so it's kind of hard to advise

Avaya business partner, make sure it is the 60W power supply and not the 40W.
The 60W has a green light on it that shows power is on.

don't need to read it, you can use it as toilet paper if you don't want to read some manuals are so badly written that that is the only good thing they are for.

You can find them at a number of on-line retailers, I won't recommend a specific one. The part number you are seeking is 700357387 and you should be able to find that without too much searching.

Indeed, it's unfortunate that due to Avaya's pricing strategy often you can buy stuff cheaper on the Black market than you can from a BP/Disty even with their discounts
