Invalid Option When calling to one extension from Outside.

AVAYA IP office 500 V2:-

When any one call to our office no and try to reach extension 215, invalid option message is playing, we are not facing this problem with other extensions.

 
Is this an AA / VMPro-transfer that is not working for extn 215?
There might be a conflict in the dial plan, DND without VM active or config error(s)

(I take it that extn and user for 215 exists)

I am a novice user in Avaya. I will be highly grateful to you if you provide me step by step troubleshooting procedure if possible thanks.
 
First I would take a course at the local Avaya training center:)

But for now, look in Monitor, see what is happening when you call from the outside to 215.

Start the trace just before you call in, the stop it right after you hang up.
Post the trace here, so we can see what's going on.
