Intuity upgrade to 5.1.55

I recieved the (2) CD's to upgrade our Intuity Audix to 5.1.55 is this easy to do are there any documents that state the steps?

I have done serveral of these. Very easy. Just make 2 backups and follow the instructions. The amount of time involved will depend on what version you are currently running.

I have an Audix 5.1.41 that Avaya is recommending I upgrade to 5.1.55, which is on Avaya 'quantity hold'... Anyway, the Audix Faxing is not working. Incoming faxes most of the time hit a busy, faxes are incomplete, and the top of the page is cut-off. This is 90% of the time. Avaya said we should upgrade, modify the fax receive gain, soft reboot,and upgrade 746s to latest release. Have you heard of such a fax issue?
