Intuity LX modem & login

Any idea what brand of modem can be used for Intuity LX remote login? I tried using the Multitech but doesn't seem to work. By the way what is the procedure for the Audix login? Thanks

you can try U.S.Robottic modem or some non PNP modem to install.

Must be a US Robotics modem for this application.

Also I is not a conventional way to access either.

You must set up a dial up connection on your PC as if you were accessing the Internet, and once you connect, you must launch Internet explorer and access the voicemail via a web interface.

The Intuity LX manuals or Online CD at support.avaya.com /messaging will help you set up the modem. for the connection
