Intrude into a Call 3

Hi Guys,
One of my users (Ext 4850) requires the ability to intrude into calls made or received by another user (Ext 4851).
How would I go about setting up a button on Ext 4850?

If you have service observe by feature access code enabled you can use that. Go to "ch fea" page 5

One other thing, 4850 will have to be in a COR that allows service observe to the COR of the person he wants to barge in on.

You can also setup an Service Observe button on the phone, and when you press the button, dial the extension, it will be in silent monitor mode. Press the Service Observe button again, and you are in Barge mode, and can take control of the call.
