Interoffice feature that tells you the person is on another line

In our old Nortel it would tell us if someone we were calling was on another line. Is this feature available in IPOffice.
 
Not really. you could probably do something with VM Pro if you fancy playing alot!

Have you tried setting up a user key? Ph man user speed dials?
 
You can record a seperate greeting and activate it for "busy" calls.

This all seems far too complicated.

Why not just use PhoneManager with Speed Dials? It'll show who is on the phone and who is not.

If you dial from phone manager, it'll also show you if people are on the phone or not as you dial.

eg:

I can't remember the last time I actually dialed from my phone. I just use a wireless headset with PhoneManager and TAPI (for dialing from Outlook and our CRM/etc).
