Hello.
I have a Avaya IP Office R10.1 with PRI (DMS100). I got a issue the caller ID when internal user call a twinned number.
Right now, it's send the ext # as the caller ID but my provider now rejecting that option. They forced me to have a 10 digit number.
I have try to changed the default short code like 9N, Dial, " Ns5555551212" , ARS but no success.
I also try to change it in the ARS but it's still pushing the ext number. Same thing if I put the shortcode in the user.
The only thing that worked is if the person that calling have dedicated number in the incoming call route assigned.
I got more that 200 user and I don't want to have to purchase 200 number just for twinning.
People calling calling from outside don't have the issue.
Someone got a idea?
Thanks
