Internal Phone Forward

I have a phantom 500 setup to forward calls from one internal extension to another. The calls forward properly but they will not go to the end recipient's voicemail. Calling her directly does go to voicemail if she does not answer. Any suggestions on what I did wrong? Thanks in advance, you guys are great.

Does the DN on the phantom 500 appear on any other phones?

If not, just add that DN to the extension DNs for the recipients voicemail box.

and you didn't do anything wrong, it go to the mailbox of the originally dialed number if unanswered, not the phantom dn, or destination dn.

Hmm, I added 3191 to the list of DN's that should leave vm for the 3066 in Callpilot, but it still just rings and rings. Perhaps I misunderstood the suggestion. Thanks for the rapid repsonses, always a pleasure.

May I ask why are you using a phantom to forward instead of just forwarding directly to the other phone?

They wanted to do away with the physical phone set and I am running low on i2004 tn's.

Being a Phantom implies the DN does not appear anywhere else.

Try cls SFA

If I try to enter sfa into cls it gives me erro sch0101 and won't give me a response for that error message. I am looking into the error message to see what else I need to do. Thanks.

Nevermind, found the problem, fat-fingered it around 8 times and didn't even see it. Too many weekends at work I think.

All the same, the addition of sfa did not correct the issue. On to the next idea.

How about outing the 500 and build it as an ACD that NCFW to the extensions?

Couldn't build it as an ACD because I am out. However, I discovered that I had missed the FND in the CLS. Changed it to FNA and fixed the problem, imagine that. LOL. Thanks again guys for the help.
