INTERFACE CONNECTION IS DROPPING??

Im trying to reach a VM server, the address is 10.171.2.51. Im pinging from switch 10.169.1.2 g1/0/3
to switch 10.169.1.11 g0/17 and then that goes to a VM server that is configured 10.171.2.51 gw 10.171.2.1
It will ping successfull twice then die, what do I have setup wrong???

10.171.2.1 IS IN VLAN 54...THAT IS SETUP ON BOTH SWITCHES.

I get the same response when I ping from the switch, it pings successfully twice then dies?

What are the access ports? Do you have only one interface configured in a port-channel, and you're trunking vlans with a port-channel???

You can't connect a trunk port to anything except another trunk port. It must be an access port.
