Has anybody heard of Interactive Intelligence Center ? What are the benefits as compared to for example Avaya G3R platform? Anybody?
 
Basically if you like blue screens and like be woken up in the middle of the night because the call center phone is not ringing well then I3 is the product solution for you
 
Greetings! Like any software application, much of it depends on the version and the installation vendor.

I ran a medical call center of CIC 2.x for a couple of years with minimal issues.
