Inter-Tel AXXENT Caller ID will not display

I am using an Inter-Tell Axxent.
I added Caller ID service to my phone lines.
I turned caller ID on in the trunk options, but when recieving a call neither the phone number or name is displayed.
I tried using feature 379 to display it while the outside call comes in and it said not valid feature.

There is no auto-attendant.

I have a fax machine which displays the name and number when recieving. (Not on the system,but worked to test the caller ID)

Is there a setting on the individual extensions I have to change in order to see the caller ID?

Is there a caller ID card I need to install?

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you assigned resources under (DSP programming) ?

Go to (service),,(system config),,(CPU),,(DSP Programming)

Paspilla, thanks for the response. I know this is late. Can you point me to where I can get the software for programming the axxent.
