Insufficient memory to complete operation printing .JPG

In windows 2000 Cannot print .jpeg files from Microsoft photo editor. Receives error message that says "Insufficient memory to complete operation." it will work if she hits the print icon but not if she goes to file print. But this only goes to the default printer and she needs to print to another printer. It works with no errors under an administrator account.

Can you give her local administrator rights or local power user privs?

i would do that but we don't like to give local adminin rights even though it isn't domain admin just turs in more problems than the origional one

where does the os spool the print job to
