Installation Woes

I'm having some major problems so I decide to reinstall. Two minutes into winnt32.exe, I get this error.

ntcompat.inf invalid
ntupgrd.dll invalid

???

Bad CD I would guess.

Clean the CD, and then try the re-installation by booting from the CD rather than the command line option from within windows.

ntcompat.inf ntupgrd.dll
Both of these are used to support upgrades from the Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 operating systems. Do as bcastner suggest and do a boot from cd install.
