Innovaphone IP110 with Avaya

Hi,

Have a client in Spain that is configuring an extension to communicate with us in US. They have an Innovaphone IP110. We provide a VPN Tunnel for the connection but they are not able to connect. What do we need for this to work?

What type of Avaya system do you have? Googling' shows that phone supports H323 or SIP. Which protocol are you trying to connect with?

Why not just add an Avaya phone since it's native?

Avaya Aura S8800. Protocol H323. They don't have an Avaya Phone. There is a way to make it work?

Unlikely with H323, likely for basic SIPPING 19 with SIP firmware
