Inmail cutting out

Hi
I have an SV which cuts outs on night service it starts with an AUto attendant announcing opening hours then by pressing 1 allows you to leave a message this all works fine until the caller speaks to leave a message, as soon as the outside caller speaks it cuts of the call, any ideas?

I had an issue with 1 or 2 Inmails doing the cutoff or garbled recording. I used the Inmail Utility and updated/initialized the car and all worked after that.
