inherited ip office 3

We can log onto an IP office system using the system manager. I cant access it using SMB access (\\ipaddress), or FTP or TFTP. I dont know how to access those ways. The issue is we need to update the 46xxsettings file(phones are not saving speed dials). Do we update this file on the server, how? Do we connect to the individual phone, how?
What port does it use for FTP/TFTP
Does it use same username password and ip address?

best bet is the knowledge base there are some really good sections on IP Phone Installation

Try these two pdf's they talk about 4600 phones but its pretty much the same for the 56xx phones

If you have voicemail pro there must be a license
If you have then it could bepossible that ther eis running a tftp server too
If there is already one running you will not get a second one running on that server
