I have an extension that only rings twice, which does not allow the person at the desk enough time to answer if they are busy before it forwards.

What command(s) would be used to increase the number of rings to 5 or 6?

Change the RCO prompt on that set. Do you know how to check what those are set to?

Thanks. I use that website too and have been researching a lot on there. I changed it to RCO 2. I will see how that works. I wasn't exactly sure if that would do it or if there was an easier way, but I will let you know how the setting RCO 2 works. Thanks again!

( I also learned from Mike's Cookbook that if you are to forward a forward, the SFA and CNIA both must be allowed, which are by default denied. My CNID was causing problems [surprise] )

Well, the phone rings 6 times now... so I guess my RCO 2 does the same as yours. Problem solved though. It rings enough times now and forwards properly. Thanks for the help!

My CFN2 actually reads "9"... but it definitely does not ring that many times. Is that what this number signifies?

No problem. FYI...You can change that value in ld 15 to something different.
