Incompatible Bandwith 2

Hi, we have connected a pri to cisco router in our CM 5.1, when recieve data calls from other Port Network it fails with denial event 1025 incompatible bandwith, but if it recieves the data call form the same Port Network it works.

I tried to chenge the ip-codec-set and the types of modems of the network region. I think that the problem is when the data call is transformed from tdm to ip.

Looks like a codec mismatch to me..
1025 Incompatable Bandwidth Terminated to an endpoint or trunk group that cannot support the requested bandwidth.

1013 Destination Unavailable Facilities were exhausted during rerouting. Bearer capability is not VOICE, VOICE BAND DATA.
No outgoing trunk queuing, or no trunks, or DEXT, orAdjunct origination, or Administered Connection,or QSIG Call Completion Ringout attempt.
Queueing is not allowed.

2379 Cannot build CLEAR IGC Cannot build CLEAR IGC because clear channel is OFF in the codec set (page 2).(codec Set #used for the IGC)

2330 No BW, prowler <--> prowler No bandwidth channel resources between processors.

try adding g729a &u into the equasion, or indeed reaserch what codec the cisco utilises and reflect that setting in your codec set. As although G711 is pri quality you may be getting a mismatch.You could also try wireshark to sniff what the cisco is using.

The cirsco routeer is connected through one Pri (E1), the fails only is when the call is incoming from other gateway

I had the same, changing clear channel to yes cured this immediately on the codec settings.
