Incomming calls disconnected on pickup

Hi.
I'm just familiarizing myself with IPO, so my question might be stupid =)
On one phone, all incoming, external calls keep getting disconnected on pickup. Internal calls are working perfectly. Like I said, this is happening on just one phone - I have checked the incoming calls route, and also the users telephony settings but everything seems to be ok. It was working with these settings a few days ago, so I'm wondering someone typed in a short code, but I can't figure out which one - if that is the problem at all.

have you tried chanhging that incoming call route to a different phone, so you can narrow it down to either a line or phone issue?
 
Thanks gknight1! But also, the weirdest thing happened:
I changed the phone - the other one worked perfectly, so I thought it's a phone problem, but I after I connected the old one back it worked normally again.
I'll leave it like this for a while but if it anyone had a similar problem, pleas write
