I am moving a DID onto my switch, I will be directing it to an acd group (of which I have not setup). The problem is the last 4 digits of the phone number are 0630. This is a problem when setting up an acdn. The Option 61 does not like the "0". Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

make phantom DCFW of DNB 0630 create the queue, make 0630 phantom fwd to that queue.

Build an IDC table in LD 49 and change the 0630 to something you can use.

What ld do you make a phantom? Also if I build it in the IDC table will there be a delay when someone dials "0"? Thanks

look in 97 prt supl and see if you have any phantom loops already built, will have an N by the loop and be a high loop number. If not build one, they are like virual analogs for the purpose of call forwarding.

my bad. it will have an N in ld 22 CEQU prt, in 97 it will say phantom
